  • Can you send out shipment by weekend?

    Genarally,We send out shipment from Monday to Friday,but for urgently shipment,we can arrange ship out by saturday and sunday.Pls take note.

  • Can you deliver to another different address besides my paypal account register address when i pay via paypal?

    Yes,you can. You can add a gift address with your paypal account, you can ask help from your local paypal service centre if you have trouble to add it,pls select the gift address to get our package when you pay for it.

  • How long will it take for me to receive an answer on my "request"?

    Generally, it takes within 24 hours to receive an answer on your request. On the weekends it may take a bit longer, sometimes until Monday.

  • What's shipping information customer need to offer when place order with us ?

    If the shipment send out by air or courier , customer need to offer below information : 1. receiver's name 2. receiver's contact phone# 3. receiver 's detail address If the shipment send out by sea , customer need to offer below information : 1. consignee 2. notify party 3. port of discharge

  • Can I track the location of my order after it is shipped?

    Yes, We will provide you with the EMS tacking number or DHL tracking number after we sent out.

  • Which side is the left side/right side?

    In our country, the Left is the driver side and the Right is the passenger side.

  • Does your parts come painted?

    The PU,FRP,ABS material products are primer,you can paint it with any colour you need.The CF,Aluminum,Stainless steel material product are needn't paint.

  • What's your shipping way for overseas customer ?

    For small packing shipment , we usually ship by DHL and EMS , if the packing is too large , we will suggest customer ship by air or sea , which is more cheaper than DHL and EMS , but customer need to make clearance by himself when shipment arrived . if customer have his own shipping forwarder in china , we can send shipment for consolidation .
